The Women in the Waves night to be held on Thursday 21st March 2019 at 6pm will be a celebration of women surfing with a diverse range of women champions, artists, writers, photographers, and music. Guests include Pamela Burridge, Pauline Menczer, Jalaan Slabb, Nancy Emerson, Sally MacKinnon, Alison Gowland, Shakira Westdorp, Jenny Steen, Jenny Midson, Robyn Harvey, Toni Sawyer, Rachael Tilly, Tanya Binning, plus special guest Phyllis O'Donnell. The inaugural Stubbies exhibition  will include the first ever showing of the Stubbies years' movie, a massive photo collection, memorabilia and slide show. There will also be an entertaining panel discussion between those involved including Bill Bolman, John Neilsen, Dick Hoole, Doug Warbrick and 1980 Stubbies Champion Peter Harris.
